Here's a super easy but potent way of sorting out tired shoulders and a computer hunch.
Grab a strap, belt or scarf, stretch it out about the span of your arms.
Breathe in as you lift the strap up above your head.
Breathe out as you lower it down towards your bottom.
Repeat this a few times and then hold the strap just behind your neck for a few full, deep breaths.
Close your eyes and enjoy the sensations across the chest and inner arms.
