TIme, practice & patience...
They're kind of an annoying combination of words,especially if you like to do everything and have everything RIGHT NOW.
I love how the practice of yoga cultivates the sense that it is completely OK to start where you're at and then just keep plugging away from there. Amazing things happen when you don't give up. On the yoga mat or out the the "real world". What do you think?
This is a little transition that I decided to work on. It's taken quite a while to work out what goes where and when and how. I worked out it has a whole lot to do with core engagement and even more to do with a "yes I can" attitude. It's still not exactly easy as you can see, but it's lots of fun trying. And I've officially stopped grunting in the hard lift up bit. That can only be a good thing, right?
