2. Inhale - draw your right knee in towards your chest
3. Exhale - flex your right foot, straighten your leg and extend your heel to the ceiling
4. Inhale - point your right toes and make the whole front side of your right leg long
5. Exhale - climb the right leg down and place your foot on the floor
Repeat this about 5-10 times for each leg. And of course, enjoy!
