Try this short sequence of 4 movements together with your breath. Five to ten times each side will do the trick.
Start by sitting with your left leg straight and your right leg bent so the soul of the foot touches the left inner thigh.
Inhale - reach both hands up
Exhale - turn your belly and chest to the left and fold forward any amount
Inhale - come up and reach both hands up again
Exhale - left hand on right knee, right hand (fingertips) behind you on the floor
Inhale - left hand completely on the floor, lift the hips, reach the left arm up and arch back
Exhale - lower the hips ready to start all over again
Repeat 5-10 times then switch to the other side.
