Do you wake up feeling a little zonked out?
A quick solution (really quick - it takes less than a minute) is to get moving and to put a big smile on your face.
Watch this short clip of me and my little buddy Sam. Here's the cue:
Breath out: deep squat, cross your forearms at your heart
Breath in: stand up, circle your arms & at the end of your big breath in, come onto tippy toes and smile.
Repeat x 10 and set yourself up for a super fabulous day.
